Precision Milling & Pressing
We possess up to 4-axis milling capabilities. Our newest machine is a SPINNER MVC1100 machining centre.
Maximum machining size is 1100 x 510 x 510mm and the maximum machining speed is 10,000 rpm with an automatic 24-tool changer. Steel or aluminium and a range of other materials can be processed. Tolerances as low as ± 10µm are achieved.
Pressing
We have 8 presses (Schuler + Weingarten) ranging from 25 tonnes to 125 tonnes, with both single stroke and automatic pressing options. We are equipped with automatic strip feeds and decoilers/straighteners and some of the presses include rotary tables.
We press, punch and perforate in a range of steel types, including stainless, and aluminium.
