Graphical Overlays

We design, print and manufacture graphic overlays for a wide range of industries Graphic overlays, front decal panels and labels are silk screen printed on the subsurface of polycarbonate which offers unbeatable and durable print protection which is suitable for a broad range of appliances. Printing onto clear polycarbonate also allows the introduction of clear or tinted windows for use with LCDs or LEDs. We can cut graphic overlays to any shape and emboss for use in conjunction with membrane switches.

Labels & Stickers

We print and supply a wide range of standard and custom-made vinly labels and stickers for use in the Health and Safety workplace. Safety labels such as Warning, Prohibition, Danger, Safety Instructions can be printed on a variety of materials such as Self-Adhesive Vinyl, PVC, and can also printed subsurface on durable clear polyester and polycarbonate. We also print and manufacture a wide range of standard and custom-made labels and signs for use in the Health and Safety workplace. We can also print and manufacture tamper evident security labels using ultra destructible vinyl. Once this type of label is applied in position, it cannot be removed without disintegrating into many fragments if any attempt is made to remove it.

PVC Signage

PVC projects a high quality and professional image and is easily installed and transported. Its matte finish hides fingerprints and it is easily cut into shape. Backlit Signs illuminated from within as in the case of a light box. Illuminating panels and graphics from behind generates an eye catching 3D effect. Graphics and images are printed on the front surface of PVC before fixing to display panel or housing for illumination.
